Job Description - Remote Customer Support Associate

Responsibilities:


1. Provide exceptional customer support through various channels including phone, email, and live chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries regarding waste management services, billing, scheduling, and other related issues. 3. Work closely with various departments within the company to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiency while handling a high volume of customer interactions. 5. Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system. 6. Assist in creating and maintaining customer support resources and documentation. 7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer support experience. 8. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer service goals and metrics.


Requirements:


1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. 4+ years of experience in a customer support role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. 8. Demonstrated innovation and people management skills. 9. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
