Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


XPO Logistics is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Customer Support Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As a Customer Support Associate, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with order tracking, product information, and issue resolution. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery. 4. Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed. 5. Identify customer needs and recommend solutions to enhance their experience. 6. Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and address any concerns or issues. 7. Work closely with the sales team to support customer retention and growth. 8. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Strategic planning and creativity in finding solutions. 6. Resourceful and motivated to exceed customer expectations. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
