Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


ABM Industries is seeking a talented and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, working from home. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer support team, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This position is ideal for an individual with at least 8 years of experience in customer support roles and who possesses a high level of emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and reliability.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery - Develop and implement customer support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to support team members’ professional development - Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner


Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer support roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership position - Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve performance goals - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with customers and team members - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues effectively - Independent, reliable, with a high level of emotional intelligence and attention to detail - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
