Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


Baker Hughes is currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Officer in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and order processing. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 3. Provide product recommendations and solutions to meet customer needs. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to effectively communicate with customers. 7. Assist in the development of customer support policies and procedures. 8. Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.


Requirements: 1. Independent and adaptable personality traits. 2. Strong persuasion and innovation skills. 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. 7. Bilingual in English and French is a plus.
