Job Description:
As a Customer Support Officer at CenturyLink in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your main goal will be to build strong relationships with customers and drive retention.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and support. 2. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams. 3. Track and document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. 4. Proactively identify areas for improvement in our customer service processes and recommend solutions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. 3 years of experience in customer support or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Dedicated and independent with the ability to work well under pressure. 5. Innovative thinking and persuasion skills to handle challenging situations. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. 7. Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite. 8. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends.
