Job Description:
JetBlue Airways is looking for a Remote Customer Support Officer to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level with a requirement of 4 years of experience in customer support roles. The ideal candidate will be resilient, adaptable, creative, and possess emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Assist customers with booking flights, managing reservations, resolving issues, and providing general information about JetBlue Airways. 3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Document and track customer interactions in the company's CRM system. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management. 6. Stay up to date on company policies, procedures, and industry trends. 7. Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and response times.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer support roles. 2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Resilient and adaptable mindset. 6. Creative thinking and emotional intelligence. 7. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
