Job Description - Remote Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, motivated, creative, and possess strong time management skills.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide solutions to customer issues and ensure satisfaction with our services - Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex problems and provide follow-up as needed - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer support experience - Assist with training new team members and sharing best practices


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
