Customer Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Cummins is seeking a motivated and independent Customer Support Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work remotely from home. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Handle customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction - Adhere to company guidelines and standards for customer support

Requirements: - Adaptable and able to work independently - Attention to detail and strong time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
