Job Description:
Symantec is seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers - Assist customers with product information and recommendations - Document customer interactions and resolutions in the company database - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed performance targets and goals set by the company
Requirements: - Confident and passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Strong people management skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Creative problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn new technologies - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
