Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


Prudential Financial is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a key member of our customer support team, the Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and effective manner - Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Provide product and service information to customers - Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Contribute to team goals and performance targets


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong leadership and presentation skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Detail-oriented and organized - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Experience with CRM systems is preferred - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is an asset
