Job Description - Remote Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


Kraft Heinz is seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely. This role is at an Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information, resolve customer issues, and troubleshoot technical problems. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Proactively identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer inquiries. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 8. Assist in developing new customer support processes and strategies. 9. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.


Requirements: 1. Driven and adaptable personality traits. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to think creatively. 3. Proven experience in customer service or a related field. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
