Job Description - Customer Support Specialist


Job Description: Regions Financial is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As a full-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer support role. We are looking for individuals who are hardworking, energetic, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to think critically.


Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing accurate information and assistance to resolve customer issues or complaints - Escalating complex customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records in the database - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Participating in training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices - Striving to meet or exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and resolution times


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer support or related role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
