Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


PCL Construction is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, both internal and external. You will be the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, concerns, and issues, and will work to resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, concerns, and issues - Provide exceptional customer service and support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat - Identify and escalate customer issues to the appropriate teams for resolution - Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive customer satisfaction and retention - Create and maintain detailed customer records and documentation - Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in the customer support process - Assist in training new customer support team members


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Confident and independent personality traits - Strong teamwork and creativity skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Experience using customer support software and tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
