Job Description - Remote Customer Support Specialist

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in assisting insurance clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
    • Serve as a remote point of contact for insurance customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and online presentations.
    • Assist clients with policy inquiries, coverage details, claims processing, and billing questions.
    • Provide accurate and timely information while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate matters when necessary.
    • Process policy changes, endorsements, and upgrades accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry, is a plus but not required
    • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proficiency in using remote communication tools (e.g., virtual phone systems, email platforms).
    • Insurance licensure or relevant certifications are required, OR must be willing to obtain one
