Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Corning is currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a full-time, entry-level position that offers the opportunity to work from home.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner. 2. Utilize strategic planning skills to analyze customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in customer support processes and improve overall customer satisfaction. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues to ensure resolution. 5. Assist in training new team members on customer support processes and best practices. 6. Contribute to achieving departmental goals and key performance indicators.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. 6. A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
