Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Delek US Holdings is seeking a passionate and energetic Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat feature on our website. This role requires excellent communication skills, time management, and the ability to persuade customers to purchase our products or services.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers proactively through live chat to provide information about our products or services - Assist customers with any inquiries or issues they may have during their online shopping experience - Persuade customers to make purchases or sign up for promotions through effective communication - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and report any trends or feedback to the management team - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue and meet sales targets

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 4 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an e-commerce environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Persuasive personality with a knack for building rapport with customers - Experience with live chat platforms or other customer service tools is a plus - Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
