Job Description:
Western Union is seeking a dedicated and passionate Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As a full-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide assistance with inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures while consistently meeting performance metrics - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Effective communication skills both written and verbal - Proficiency in using live chat software and other communication tools - High school diploma or equivalent required, with a post-secondary education preferred
