Job Description:
HP is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Live Chat Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This position allows for remote work from home in Toronto, Ontario, CA. The successful candidate will be at the Associate Level and will require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Provide accurate information on products, services, and promotions 3. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues 4. Monitor chat conversations for quality assurance purposes 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Use research skills to provide relevant information to customers 7. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers
Requirements: 1. Proven experience in a customer service role 2. Excellent written communication skills 3. Resilient and reliable personality traits 4.
