Job Description - Live Chat Associate

Job Description:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Live Chat Associate to join our team at TIAA in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As a Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing assistance through live chat - Resolving customer issues and escalations in a timely manner - Identifying and recommending solutions to improve customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhering to company policies and procedures for quality assurance - Continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in customer service delivery - Utilizing strategic planning skills to optimize chat support processes - Demonstrating attention to detail in all aspects of customer interactions


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resourceful and able to think creatively to resolve customer issues - Proven track record of strategic planning and problem-solving - Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality - Proficiency in chat support software and customer relationship management systems
