Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Live Chat Manager to join our team at 3M in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As a Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the live chat function within our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of customer service principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of live chat agents to ensure efficient and effective customer interactions - Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance of the live chat function - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and compliance with company policies - Analyze chat data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to optimize the overall customer experience - Train and onboard new chat agents - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management
Requirements: - 8 years of experience in customer service and/or chat management - Strong organizational and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Confidence and adaptability in dealing with challenging situations - Demonstrated ability to cooperate and collaborate with team members - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
