Job Description:
Southwest Airlines is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Live Chat Officer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As a full-time Associate Level position, the Live Chat Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat channels, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all passengers.
Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via live chat to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance with bookings and reservations - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service skills at all times - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Identify opportunities for process improvement and actively contribute to the development and implementation of new strategies - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response times, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance - Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to accurately assist customers
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure - Strong project management skills to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively - Creative problem-solving abilities to think outside the box and provide innovative solutions - Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances - Proficiency with computer systems and live chat platforms - Must be authorized to work in Canada
