Live Chat Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

McMillan is seeking a motivated and dynamic Live Chat Officer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat - Assist customers with product questions, orders, and general inquiries - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Driven and resourceful individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills and ability to cooperate with team members - Proven experience in customer service or related field - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
