Job Description - Live Chat Representative

Genesis Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as a Live Chat Representative in Vancouver, British Columbia. As part of the associate level team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with our clients.


Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about our products and services - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience - Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Meet and exceed performance targets set by management


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Strong time management and negotiation skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent, additional education is a plus
