Job Description:
Starwood Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Live Chat Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a full-time remote employee, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service through our live chat platform.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in booking reservations, addressing concerns, and providing information about our hotels and services - Utilize strong persuasion skills to upsell additional services and amenities to enhance the customer experience - Manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Demonstrate project management skills by meeting deadlines and exceeding targets set by the company - Act as a brand ambassador for Starwood Hotels & Resorts, representing the company in a positive light at all times
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong adaptability to work in a remote environment and independently manage workload - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Persuasive abilities to drive sales and upsell additional services - Project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
