Live Chat Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Interpublic Group is looking for a Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This position offers the flexibility of working from home on a full-time basis. As an Entry Level Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner via live chat - Assist customers with product information, orders, and general questions - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed - Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on features and benefits - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Adaptable and resilient personality traits - Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
