Online Call Center Assistant Job Description:

As an Online Call Center Assistant at AIG, located in Toronto, Ontario, you will be responsible for supporting the customer service operations through online communication channels. This full-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints through online chat, email, and social media platforms - Provide assistance and support to customers with various insurance products and services - Utilize analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Make decisions on customer requests and escalate issues as needed - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service

Requirements: - Proven track record of being driven and confident in a customer service role - Strong analytical skills and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience working in a call center or customer service environment is preferred
