Online Call Center Assistant

Qualcomm is looking for a resilient and independent Online Call Center Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

As an Online Call Center Assistant, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Managing incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for online products and services - Assisting customers with account management, order processing, and payment transactions - Utilizing project management skills to ensure tasks and projects are completed on time and within budget - Creating and delivering presentations to train and educate customers on product features and benefits
