Job Description - Online Call Center Associate

Job Description:


Exelon, a leading energy provider, is seeking a dedicated and driven Online Call Center Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate Level position, the Online Call Center Associate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via online platforms.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chat inquiries from customers with professionalism and efficiency. 2. Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, technical support, and service requests. 3. Accurately enter and update customer information in the database. 4. Provide guidance and support on new products, promotions, and services. 5. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner. 6. Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional customer service. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. 8. Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Project management and planning skills. 6. Visa sponsorship required for non-Canadian applicants. 7. Vision insurance provided. 8. Must be a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. 9. High school diploma or equivalent required.
