Online Call Center Associate

Nature's Path Foods is seeking a motivated and resilient individual to join our team as an Online Call Center Associate in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Entry Level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions 3. Process customer orders and resolve any issues related to billing, shipping, or delivery 4. Use strategic planning skills to identify opportunities for improving customer service and satisfaction 5. Work collaboratively with other team members to innovate and implement new ideas for the call center 6. Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude to ensure a pleasant experience for all customers 7. Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets set by the company

Requirements: 1. Resilient personality and strong motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 3. Ability to think critically and strategically in order to solve customer problems effectively 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 5. A high school diploma or equivalent 6. Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends as needed
