Online Call Center Associate

Job Description:

PVH is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Online Call Center Associate in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This is an entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers regarding product inquiries, order status, and general customer service issues. 2. Respond to customer emails and online chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 3. Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently. 4. Assist customers with navigating our website and placing online orders. 5. Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Meet and exceed customer service targets and goals. 7. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude with customers at all times.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a cooperative attitude. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software is a plus. 6. Must be fluent in English and French.
