Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Online Call Center Specialist to join our team at SAP Canada in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers and providing exceptional customer service through various online platforms.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide additional information. 3. Conducting research on products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers. 4. Managing customer accounts, updating information, and processing orders through our online systems. 5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve any issues efficiently. 6. Providing support and guidance to customers on product usage, troubleshooting, and technical assistance. 7. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. 8. Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including call quality, response times, and customer satisfaction ratings.
Requirements: 1. Four years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Energetic personality with a confident and positive attitude. 3. Strong research skills and the ability to quickly gather information to assist customers. 4. Excellent people management skills to connect with customers and build rapport. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism. 7. Knowledge of CRM systems and online communication platforms. 8. Flexibility to work varying shifts and weekends as needed.
