Job Description:


Centene is seeking a reliable and resilient Online Call Center Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service through online platforms.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently via online chat, email, and social media platforms. 2. Conduct research to provide accurate and timely information to customers. 3. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find solutions. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and excellent customer service. 5. Adhere to company policies and guidelines to maintain professional standards. 6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for reporting purposes. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and service offerings to best assist customers. 8. Meet performance goals and targets set by the company.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Strong research and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 6. Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team setting. 7. Flexible schedule to accommodate shifts as needed.
