Job Description - Online Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


Eversource Energy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Online Chat Support Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. As the Online Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the online chat support team, ensuring excellent customer service and support to our online customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of online chat support agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality customer interactions. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the online chat support team. 3. Monitor chat conversations to ensure consistency and accuracy in responses to customers. 4. Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate as needed. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat support.


Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in online chat support or customer service. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong decision-making and negotiation skills. 4. Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively. 5. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 6. Knowledge of online chat platforms and customer support tools. 7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
