Job Description - Online Chat Support Representative

Job Description:


We are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Online Chat Support Representative to join our team at Loblaw Companies in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Online Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner through online chat. 2. Troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Providing product information and assistance with online orders. 4. Maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times. 5. Collaborating with other team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to ensure accurate information delivery to customers.


Requirements: 1. Resourceful and motivated individual with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service. 2. Strong communication skills with a focus on active listening and problem-solving. 3. Ability to think innovatively and make quick decisions to meet customer needs. 4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking effectively. 5. Must be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. No prior experience required, as training will be provided.
