Online Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Gilead Sciences is seeking an experienced Online Client Relations Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and demonstrate confidence and passion in their work. As an Online Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients through online platforms, ensuring satisfaction and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities: - Maintain regular communication with clients through various online channels - Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Monitor client feedback and provide suggestions for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Coordinate online events and webinars for clients - Track and analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in online client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients - Proficiency in online communication platforms and tools - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Team player with a flexible and adaptable attitude
