Online Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

ConocoPhillips is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Online Client Relations Officer in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This is an entry-level position with no prior experience required. We are looking for a confident and driven individual with excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients through online channels to address inquiries and concerns - Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions - Assist in the development and implementation of online client engagement strategies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Monitor online feedback and reviews to address issues in a timely manner - Provide regular updates and reports on client interactions and feedback

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and online communication tools - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms - Confidence in dealing with clients and solving problems - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
