Online Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Kellanova Canada, a leading online retailer based in Montreal, Quebec, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team. As an Associate level position, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or customer service.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with online clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Manage client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with product selection, ordering, and returns - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve the client experience and drive sales - Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall client satisfaction - Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth - Support the development and implementation of client engagement strategies

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in client relations or customer service - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Energetic and driven personality - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with clients and resolve issues - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
