Online Client Service Assistant

Job description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Client Service Assistant at Paccar in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an entry-level position with zero years of experience required, this role is perfect for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and orders in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate when necessary - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to better serve clients - Assist with special projects and initiatives to improve client experience

Requirements: - Independent and confident personality - Ability to manage projects efficiently and meet deadlines - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
