Job Description:
Time Warner Cable is seeking an Online Client Service Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making it the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the telecommunications industry.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to online clients through various channels such as email, chat, and social media - Manage client inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to address client needs and provide a seamless experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system accordingly - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company offerings to effectively assist clients with their inquiries - Identify opportunities for upselling products or services to enhance the client experience and increase revenue
Requirements: - Independent and self-motivated with a passion for delivering excellent customer service - Strong time management skills to effectively handle multiple client inquiries simultaneously - Leadership qualities to take charge of client interactions and provide solutions in a timely manner - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in computer systems and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
