Online Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Realogy Holdings is seeking an experienced Online Client Service Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Associate Level Online Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients. This role requires a motivated and resourceful individual with excellent adaptability and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Interact with online clients via chat, email, and phone, providing personalized support and assistance - Serve as a point of contact for clients, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on our products and services - Collect and analyze client feedback to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of strength - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact to resolution - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system - Meet or exceed established performance goals and metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or client relations, preferably in an online environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Must be motivated, resourceful, adaptable, and persuasive
