Online Client Support Associate

Genesis Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Client Support Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in online client support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality customer service and support to clients through various online channels such as chat, email, and social media - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall client experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Resilient and adaptable personality traits to effectively handle various client situations - Strong people management skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues - Analytical skills to assess client needs and provide appropriate solutions - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
