Online Client Support Associate

Job Description:

St. Jude Medical is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Online Client Support Associate in Montreal, Quebec. As an Entry Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, but we are open to considering recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in online client support.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved - Assist in the development and implementation of online client support strategies to improve overall customer experience - Utilize various online platforms and tools to communicate with clients effectively - Monitor and analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Assist in training new clients on how to use our online platforms and services - Contribute to the development of online client support materials, such as FAQs and user guides - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client support

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Confident and adaptable personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Bilingual in English and French is preferred - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
