As an Online Client Support Manager at Northwestern Mutual in Montreal, Quebec, CA, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the online client support team to ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients. You will be a key player in driving client satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship management.
Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise a team of online client support representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to enhance performance - Monitor client interactions and provide feedback and coaching for continuous improvement - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and resolve issues promptly - Analyze client feedback and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the online client support experience - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations related to client interactions - Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and client feedback to management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, communication, or a related field - Minimum 7 years of experience in customer service or client support, with at least 3 years in a managerial role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and people management abilities - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Proficient in presentation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Equal opportunity employer.
