As the Online Client Support Manager, your responsibilities will include managing online client accounts, providing technical support, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the online client experience and drive growth.
We are looking for someone who is independent, dedicated, and possesses excellent negotiation and creativity skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing online client accounts and exceeding sales targets.
