Job Description - Online Customer Care Associate

Job Description:


Celanese is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Customer Care Associate based in Montreal, Quebec. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are confident, motivated, and possess excellent research and communication skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and policies to customers. 3. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions. 4. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution. 5. Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers. 7. Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Excellent research skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required. 7. Must be confident, motivated, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
