Job Description - Online Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a talented and experienced Online Customer Service Manager to join our team at Ashland in Vancouver, British Columbia. As the Online Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing our online customer service team and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online customer service team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and increase customer satisfaction - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback through various online channels - Analyze customer service metrics and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service - Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions in a timely and effective manner


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in online customer service or a similar role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Excellent teamwork and emotional intelligence skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems - Knowledge of online customer service best practices
