Job description:

W.W. Grainger is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Customer Service Officer in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This is a full-time entry-level position perfect for someone who is dedicated, independent, cooperative, and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to online customers through various channels including email, chat, and phone - Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, returns, and other related issues - Process orders accurately and efficiently - Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required
