Job Description - Online Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


Rite Aid is seeking a dedicated and experienced Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. This full-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback to maintain a positive online reputation for the company. 7. Identify opportunities for improvement in the online customer service process and make recommendations for change. 8. Maintain a high level of understanding and empathy in all interactions with customers.
