Online Customer Success Assistant

As an Online Customer Success Assistant at Auto-Owners Insurance in Vancouver, British Columbia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through online channels. Requirements: - Hardworking and independent with a strong work ethic - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Persuasive communication skills and ability to influence customer behavior - Proficiency in using online customer service tools and platforms - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically - Experience in the insurance industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
