Job Description - Online Customer Success Officer


Job Description:


Zimmer Biomet Holdings is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Customer Success Officer in Montreal, Quebec. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the overall online customer experience for our clients.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer satisfaction and retention through online platforms - Monitor customer feedback and proactively address any issues or concerns - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless online customer experience - Analyze customer data and insights to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Provide training and support to customers on how to best utilize our online services - Conduct regular reviews and assessments to measure the effectiveness of online initiatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the online customer experience


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer success or related role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated ability to develop and implement online customer success strategies - Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software - Reliable and hardworking with a strong attention to detail - Experience with strategic planning and people management - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
